Custom Wood Prints
A wood print is an image printed onto a 3/4″ thick wooden rectangle. The small slabs are equipped with a sawtooth hanger for easy installation and can give your home or office a unique touch. Sunsets, family photos, action sports, nature shots… the wood prints can add depth too just about any kind of photo or art piece.
What’s really cool about our custom wood prints is seeing how the image interacts with the natural grains of the wood. Each wood print is unique in that the character of the grain is different for every piece. We give you the option to choose to have your image printed in a “Vintage” or “Modern” style. Each react differently with the wood grain and overall feel of your custom print.
Vintage Wood Print
The “Vintage” style print gives your image an antiqued, slightly desaturated look. Any area in your image that appears whitish will not print allowing the natural grain of the wood to surface. Many people like the Vintage style because you can see the wood through your image. Since the white doesn’t print, the colors in the image will react with the natural color of the wood providing warmer colors and aged feel.
Modern Wood Print
The “Modern” style print does lay down the white in your image giving you maximum color saturation and contrast. The grain is not as apparent as the “Vintage” style but can be seen through the texture of the wood surface. The modern style makes your print pop! And, so it is recommended for reproducing artwork that requires higher fidelity.

The Wood Print Finish
We finish each custom wood print with a clear coat to protect the image from damage. The finish is matte but does still create a slight sheen to the surface of the wood print which we like mucho and so do our first custom wood print customers.
Wood Print Sizes
Right now we’re offering our wood prints in a variety of convenient sizes beginning with our smallest size of 5.5″ x 5.5″ which starts out at $30. As the sizes get larger the price reflects the increased ink usage, time to print, and materials. The largest size we offer is a 14″ x 16″ which tops out at $70.
Wood Prints from your Cell Phone
Just like our custom tees and trucker hats, we can make your wood print straight from images off your cell phone. Simply “Share” the image via text to our email or from your home computer send the file to myccart@gmail.com.
